Automate your tasks and routines to a level of precision and accuracy while increasing workflow efficiency across your entire organization!

What is GetITRight?

Software designed to automate, test, and prove that repetitive tasks are always done RIGHT - - every time!!!

GetITRight records all keystrokes and mouse clicks in every window with focus for a defined length of time. All recorded work is grouped under a unique automated task name, i.e., folder, for easy recall and replay of all work required to run a specific task; e.g., regression test case, sales demo, etc.

GetITRight saves each task into six work segments, by date, making it very easy to review, modify and replay work to all or a partial list of windows required to complete the automated task. It supports a very extensive scripting language to allow customization to handle the most complicated of tasks.

GetITRight also maintains how much time was spent building the automated task and each individual window accessed. All recorded work is stored in a script command format that may be modified as needed after initial recording to add additional functionality.

GetITRight supports all versions of Windows (9x/ME, NT/2000 and XP) and all Windows applications.

Frequent Uses For GetITRight?
  • To create, maintain and run ISO regression test scripts on all of your business application systems.
  • To run "live" trade show product sales demos without technical support personnel present.
  • To conduct internal investigative and forensic key logging similar to famed "FBI" investigative software tools.
  • To conduct cross application data validation testing, which is a key aspect of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and post-ENRON, a key aspect of many proposed new accounting requirements.
  • To comply with anticipated new "best practice" expectations that will likely require businesses to assure 100% active data capture validation. The federal Security and Electronic Signature Standards (CFR 45 part 142) implies that requirement now.
  • To reduce the cost of error and omissions business insurance premiums by providing regression test proofing of the accuracy your company's data capture processes. Premium savings alone could provide a substantial return on this investment.
  • To validate productivity and accuracy claims of data entry operations and interactive key response (IKR) systems
  • Track data, keystrokes and clicks across your entire system.
